Beyond Bavdhan — West Pune’s Last Affordable Fringe

Bhugaon and Pirangut are west Pune’s furthest-from-city residential zones within reach of the Hinjewadi IT corridor. Bhugaon is the closer zone — PMC/PMRDA boundary, Bavdhan 3–4 km, Hinjewadi 14–16 km. Pirangut is deeper — PMRDA jurisdiction, Hinjewadi 18–22 km, and the only zone in the far west where ₹25–40 lakh 2 BHK is still available near Pune’s urban boundary.

  • Position: West of Bavdhan, PMC-PMRDA boundary zone

Both zones are outside PMPML metro-frequency service; private transport is effectively required.
